FXE-L Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnets are the professional solution for narrow loads.
Equipped with pole structure 50+ in long narrow design and a maximum working load of 400/600/1000kg, which is achieved at thickness from 15mm, and for small magnetically active areas we recommend this easy to use range. Ideal for lifting of strip bars, pipes, beams and rods. The permanent magnet system can be activated via push button, and when you turn off the work piece is released safely. The connection is made easily to a mains voltage. The device is ready for use with very low installation effort. if the power fails, the load is held by the permanent magnetic filed. For this, no prone and maintenance intensive back up batteries are necessary.
The Pole structure 50+ has a reinforced Magnetic system with the same pole size as the pole structure 50. This means in poor surfaces improved holding forces can be achieved, specifically even when pole extensions are needed the pole structure 50+ comes to use. With air gap 0, the pole structure 50+ reaches a holding force of 3.8kN.
The FXE-L range is available in sizes 400/50+, 600/50+ and 1000/50+ and can be customised to include special pole shoes – contact us for more information on the accessories available for this range.
