Description
FXE Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnets are the professional solution for the frequent turning of work pieces.
They are very robust and designed for continuous use. The electrical control allows the operator to turn the unit without any physical effort, even on hard to reach areas. The permanent magnet system can be activated via push button in 0.8 seconds, and when you turn off the work piece is released safely. The connection is made easily to a mains voltage. The device is ready for use with very low installation effort. if the power fails, the load is held by the permanent magnetic filed. For this, no prone and maintenance intensive back up batteries are necessary.
The Pole structure 50, is designed for lifting sheets from 4mm and steel parts with a flat or processed surface. The nominal values of the FXE magnets with pole structure type 50 are achieved up to an air gap of 0.3mm. With Air gap 0, the pole structure 50 reaches a holding force of 3.8Kn.
The FXE range is available from 300/50 to 1600/50 and can be customised to include, spiral cables, eyelet sensor, pick up function, special pole shoes, remote control and handles – contact us for more information on the accessories available for this range.
