FXE Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnets are the professional solution for the frequent turning of work pieces.
They are very robust and equipped with pole structure 100 and a max load capacity of 7200 kgs which is achieved at thickness from 35mm. We recommend these devices for lifting forgings, heavy plates, plasma and internal parts, tools, ingots. The permanent magnet system can be activated via push button, and when you turn off the work piece is released safely. The connection is made easily to a mains voltage. The device is ready for use with very low installation effort. if the power fails, the load is held by the permanent magnetic filed. For this, no prone and maintenance intensive back up batteries are necessary.
The Pole structure 100, is designed for lifting of heavy plates from 12mm and massive steel, form and forgings with larger air gap. The nominal values of the FXE lifting magnets with pole structure 100 are achieved up to an air gap of 0.6mm. with air gap 0, the pole structure 100 reaches a holding force of 14.5 kN.
The FXE 100 range is available from 1600/100 to 7200/100 and can be customised to include, spiral cables, eyelet sensor, pick up function, special pole shoes, and remote control – contact us for more information on the accessories available for this range.
